These terms govern your use of Curesso ("Curesso", "we", "us"), a personal AI assistant operated by an independent developer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Curesso is a personal AI assistant that, with your permission, helps you manage email, calendar, tasks, and related information through a chat interface. Features may change as the service develops.
Beta and availability
Curesso is offered as an invite-only beta on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on them.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep your access credentials secure.
- Use Curesso only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the service.
Third-party services
Curesso connects to third-party services you authorize (such as Google and Telegram). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curesso and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without charge during beta, and our total liability is limited accordingly.
Termination
You may stop using Curesso and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or its users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
