Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Curesso ("Curesso", "we", "us"), a personal AI assistant operated by an independent developer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Curesso is a personal AI assistant that, with your permission, helps you manage calendar, tasks, and related information through a chat interface. Features may change as the service develops.

Subscriptions and billing

• Free trial. New accounts start with a free trial so you can evaluate the service before paying. Trial length and features may change over time.
• Paid subscription. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing portal on your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• No refunds. Because a free trial is offered, all fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and partial billing periods are not refunded when you cancel.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with advance notice; changes take effect from your next billing period.

Availability and disclaimers

Curesso is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on them.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your access credentials secure.
• Use Curesso only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the service.

Third-party services

Curesso connects to third-party services you authorize (such as Google and Telegram). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curesso and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Curesso and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or its users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
